I love diving in California. Conditions are often quite challenging, but it's so dynamic and full of life. If you brave the current and the cold temperature, you will enjoy an underwater world that is amazingly luscious and colorful.
It may be hard to believe, but the underwater scenery of the Pacific Northwest is amazingly lively and colorful. Such a rich variety of fish and invertebrate life are found there.
There are so many places to dive around the world. I love cold water diving, but tropical water is very nice to dive in as well. Everything is so much easier in warmer water (thinner wetsuit, less weight, great visibility...) and the abundance of colors and sea life is amazing.
by far the coldest place I have dived. There were not many small creatures, but the ice formations were amazing.
